Dell XPS 17 9710 - Phantom BIOS and BOOT time around 50 seconds.

For a few weeks BIOS 1.13.1 and 1.4.0 have been available for urgent download
These updates have not appeared for a few days. What has happened?

On the other hand, the boot time of the operating system is about a minute.
Just installed windows only 9-10 seconds.
What about DELL drivers?

Bravo Dell, a lot of problems for a 2500 USD laptop.
I will keep it in mind for my next purchase.
