Hi

i bought a laptop XPS 13 and an OptiPlex XE4

the optiplex has blue screen problem
i told Dell to help me to fix this problem (due a bad instalation of Windows 11 Pro)
they told me to reinstall Windows (but i'm going to loose many software i bought from many providers)
i told Dell that i need help because i never reinstalled Windows and they reply me that as it is not a hardware problem so they can't send someone to reinstall Windows 11 or help me
i'm deeply disapointed with Dell and i'll stop buying Dell products (and i'm a customer since 2009)
