PROBLEMA CON MI TECLADO
Buenos dias comunidad, Hace un mes me compre mi laptop dell insipiron 13 5310, la utilizo normalmente para trabajar en homeoffice, sin embargo el dia 10 de octubre del 2022 se me derramó agua encima del teclado, lo limpie todo y lo utilice como siempre. Hoy 13 de octubre del 2022 cuando enciendo mi laptop esta se reinicia cada 30 minutos que la utilizo. Necesito ayuda inmediata porque necesito presentar un proyecto. Muchas gracias

Hello,
Depending on whether your laptop was turned on or the battery was in there is a chance your motherboard is dead always make sure the system is completely dry before trying to use it again.
The Dell warrantly will not cover this type of repairs this is something that dell calls "accidental damage" .
Run diagnostics (F12) at boot and choose diagnostics any errors ?. You can also try a "diagnostic boot" with the laptop powered off hold down fn and press the power button this is another way to start diagnostics.
