Dell Inspiron 3501 TouchScreen and Trackpad don't work when is charging

Hi Dell community.

I have this problem with my Inspiron: When it's plugged (or charging) my touch screen doesn't work correctly, it doesn't detect gestures or touches or when it does is wrong.
Also, when I use the trackpad, the mouse pointer goes crazy, wobbles and moves wrongly but everything is fixed when I unplug it.

I've tried reinstalling the O.S (Windows 11) and drivers and it still doesn't work when its plugged.

I really appreciate any help and if you need any additional information please let me know.
