Monitro dell C1422h cant display nintendo switch

I have a C1422h monitor, and I have been trying to connect my Nintendo switch to my portable monitor, but it doesn't display anything, I plug the AC source to one USB-C port of the monitor, and the Nintendo switch to the other USB-C port of the monitor, so I can observe that with this set up the Nintendo switch is charging through the monitor, the monitor is on, but is not displaying anything. 

I have tried with other portable monitors from other brands, and the can display the Nintendo switch by just plugging the USB-C to USB-C connection. I don't know why I cant do it with this dell monitor.
